At the end of August I wrote to the list asking for any DE-related URLS as
we were planning to include them in a future issue of Open Learning Today
(the bi-monthly journal of the British Association for Open Learning).
Perhaps not surprisingly the list was so long that I have had to spread it
over three issues. However I did promise to send the final version to the
list, and I sent out Part I (UK and Europe-based URLs, plus a few general ones
from elsewhere) on 17 October, Now here is Part II (mostly US). Part III
(Usenet and discussion groups, includingthis one of course) will follow in
about 6 weeks time.
