Jim finding on the train schedule when we had to catch the train to Thurso. It leaves at 5:15 pm, so we have about 4 hours to walk around in Inverness.

Inverness' St. Andrews Cathedral (Scottish Episcopal). There was a painting inside the cathedral that showed a priest baptising a baby by reaching through the bars of his prison window. He was imprisoned in Stonehaven, for his religious views.

A curious design on an Inverness war memorial. We had seen this on another Inverness building. Notice the camel and the elephant on either side of the image of Christ on the cross.
